WoodWick Candles.

These are my favorite candles by far. The only time I don’t burn them at night is when we are lucky enough to get some rain and I’m listening to the sound of raindrops. The fireside fragrance has scents of amber, vetiver and a light musk to recreate the feeling of a cozy evening spent by a warm fire. Perfect for a hygge atmosphere. These candles have a natural wooden wick that truly sounds like a crackling fire! I’m obsessed with them.

Chocolate Rose Tranquil Bath from Earthley.

(On sale right now for $4.49) This yummy smelling bath powder is made of Epsom salts, cocoa butter, and rose essential oil.

Chocolate Rose Heart Shaped Soaps, also from Earthley, (currently unavailable).

I’m so sorry these soaps recently became unavailable because they are super cute. Tinier than I expected, but you get two, and they are absolutely adorable and perfect for a hygge Valentine’s Day!

Palo Santo.

I love the scent of Palo Santo wood. I can’t get enough. It comes from a South American tree and is a relative of frankincense and myrrh. When burned, it releases a lovely scent somewhat similar to sandalwood, but lighter. It’s supposed to uplift energy, promote calm, and relieve stress. Perfect to burn during meditation or when the energy in your house needs a shift.

Goodnight Lotion from Earthley.

This isn’t just another lotion scented with lavender. It has magnesium in it! I’m a huge fan of magnesium. Did you know that about 70% of us don’t consume enough magnesium on a daily basis? Magnesium draws water into the bowels to help prevent constipation, it’s a natural muscle relaxer, and a sleep aid. When I saw there was a magnesium cream out there, it rocked my world. The skin is our largest organ and the fastest way to get anything into our bodies. A magnesium lotion sounded like the perfect idea to me.

I’ve been using it on my daughter and myself lately. It’s easy for my daughter to use because it doesn’t require her swallowing a great big pill. She really falls sleep easier, gets better rest, and it helps her chronic constipation. I’m sleeping so much better too. It’s our little nightly ritual now to apply some of this cream. (It is scented with lavender, but if you don’t like lavender, you can buy an unscented version called Mama’s Magnesium Dream Cream.)

Bella Grace Magazine.

I’m in love with this half magazine/half book. It has nice thick paper, beautiful photographs, and inspiring quotes and articles.

Blue Pea Flower Herbal Tea

The blue pea flower is used as an herbal tea to reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue. It makes a gorgeous blue colored tea that turns purple when you add honey.

Tulsi EarringsTulsi bead necklace from Manasi Inspirations.

I recently discovered Melanee’s work at the MidAtlantic Women’s Herbal Conference. All of her jewelry is handmade with tulsi seeds. I bought a necklace and these earrings. Tusli is holy basil, a sacred herb known for its healing benefits and the jewelry is worn to balance mind, body, and spirit. Find more meaningful jewelry here.
