With Spring comes the urge to not only open our windows and let fresh air into our homes, but it’s also the perfect time to brighten up our daily routines. (Updated 4/6/18.) Add a breath of fresh air to your days with these tips:
1. Update Your Makeup.
Spring always seems like a natural time for me to go through all of my makeup and discard anything old. 3. Force some blooms.
Pick some pussy willows, forsythia, or flowering tree branches for early forcing and enjoy spring flowers!
4. Set a bowl outside and collect rainwater.
Use it is as a refreshing face wash or make an aromatherapy spray that captures the essence of spring. You could use this blend, or floral essential oils such as lavender, jasmine, and rose.
5. Detoxify with yoga.
