When my daughter was younger and I struggled through my days, the cleaning schedules and household organization ideas saved my life.
I also learned about freezer cooking and crock pot cooking. This gave us so much extra time in the evenings since my husband and I both work full time. These were game changers for us, especially in the early days. But even now, as schedules get hectic again with things like gymnastics and summer acting camp, freezer and crock pot cooking are huge helpers.
Several years later, my daughter and I were both diagnosed with food allergies. I read topics such as real food cooking and dairy free cooking that I hadn’t paid any attention to before. It was awesome because I didn’t have to go out and buy any books or do a bunch of research to find quality resources. I had a whole stack of books, tips, and recipes to turn to. This is when the true value of the bundles started to really sink in. It wasn’t just about the fun, free physical bonuses (although those are awesome too!)
Fast-forward several years into my motherhood journey.
I never planned on blogging, but as I got more and more on my feet and started getting a handle on this mom thing (as much as a person can!) I was filled with the desire to help other mama’s through their journey on a way back to a sense of peace and calm. Once again, I remembered the bundles had resources on blogging, which I had literally never looked at.
Last year my word of the year was home.
Their have been so many books and courses from talented bloggers such as The Cozy Minimalist Decorating Class by Myquillen Smith (I had been wanting that class so bad!), Not A DIY Diva by Melissa at The Inspired Room, and Handmade Walls by Jamin and Ashley at The Handmade Home. I dug right in. I not only wanted to make my home beautiful on a budget, I wanted it to be a haven, a cozy place to welcome my family home to every night.
I’ve written a few times about my struggles over the years to take care of myself. I’ve always felt guilty about spending money on myself.
Adore your Wardrobe was offered in last year’s bundle and I couldn’t have been more thrilled as I had been dying to take this class. It really got me started thinking about fashion again and the fact that I deserve to buy myself new clothes and feel pretty. After 7 years, yes seriously 7 years, I started buying new clothes and getting my hair done. It felt amazing!
I just discovered a resource from last year’s bundle that I am head over heels with, The Stay At Home Mom’s Wardrobe Basics Builder by Alison Lumbatis from Get Your Pretty On. It’s like having your own stylist at a super affordable price. I’m literally obsessed with her website now. I’m finally excited about shopping and feel confident about my choices. It’s style without having to think about it. Check out her latest Spring Wardrobe Capsule.
This also made me realize that after 6 years of buying these bundles it was getting easy to overlook resources I might love. Plus, with so many bundles it was becoming increasingly time consuming to go into each year’s file to see what was available on a particular topic.
I began to be consumed with the idea of creating a complete Ultimate Homemaking Bundle library catalog. A place where all you had to do was check the index for a topic, turn to that page and see all the books available at a glance, organized by year. From the very first year to the 2018 Ultimate Homemaking Bundle, all organized!
Haven’t purchased the bundle every single year? That’s ok. I’ve included Amazon links to books from past bundles where available. (Many of which are free if you have Kindle Unlimited.)
This project took way more time than I ever imagined it would, but it’s been a labor of love that I am truly thrilled about.
I’ll be keeping you updated with more details about the bundle soon. (I’m not allowed to say much more than that right now, but don’t worry, I’ll let you know shortly.) I’m busy reviewing all the items and bonuses in the bundle and will give you an honest review soon. Plus, there are some other exciting extras and secrets I can’t wait to tell you about. Read my review of the 2018 Ultimate Homemaking Bundle and three ways it has already changed my life with my top favorite picks in the UHB.

No worries, neither do I. There are tons of free apps and programs that allow you to read kindle books.
This year’s edition of the UHB is the biggest and most valuable yet! It includes 62 ebooks, 30 videos, audios, & eCourses, 34 printables & workbooks, 2 videos, and 3 membership sites. Plus, physical bonuses as well. That’s over 129 digital products worth $3,680 — for just $29.97! It’s completely ridiculous.
